2026 Westfalen NA Inspection & Registration Reservation Form

This Form is for Westfalen Inspection and Registration Reservations. In 2026 Mail-In Registration will again be allowed in certain circumstances, and for foals whose dam is already entered in the breeding books. Please check the correct box below. Once Inspection Sites/Dates are announced please contact the Host Site directly for Stabling Reservations and Handler Requests. IMPORTANT— Please bring original mare papers along with a printed copy to Inspection Site, as well as foal’s Original Breeding Certificate, if Available.

Breeder is the person who owned/leased the mare at the time she conceived. Enter all known contact information for Breeder.
A signed breeding certificate is required for registration. We accept breeding certificates on other registry forms
Branding is optional, microchipping is mandatory
Hairs will be pulled at Inspection Site for DNA Parentage verification. If you’d like to request a kit early let us know. DNA kits will be emailed as a printable PDF if request is received on or before June 1st. All foals and youngstock requesting registration papers require DNA parentage verification. WFFS testing is available for an additional $35.

To complete this reservation a non-refundable reservation fee of $100.00 U.S. is requested. Reservation deposits are non-refundable and will be applied 100% to your registration and membership fees, whether in-person inspection or mail-in registration. After you have reviewed your information, simply select your preferred method of payment then press the click on the submit button. Follow the directions on the invoice to pay your inspection reservation deposit. DNA Requests will be completed at the inspection site in most cases.

If you have additional paperwork you are not able to attach to our form or send by email (or a file size too large for attaching to our form) please mail with a printed copy of your Reservation Form attached to: Westfalen NA P.O.
